Level 2 Training
Level 2 Course Tai Chi as Meditation in Movement
This course is for students who have completed our introductory program and would like to deepen their practice.
In the Level 2 course an introduction to Pushing Hands, Advanced Frame Development, Review and Feedback of the Essential Postures sequence.
Walking Tai Chi helps the student to develop internal force by fixing the joints, drawing and releasing the tendons in the back and legs. This exercise also teaches how to move on a horizontal plane.
To insure quality instruction feedback class size is limited to 4 students

Morning Session 7:00- 9:00 A.M.
Afternoon Session 3:00 - 5:00 P.M.
